Scheduling Service
EBTA operates under a Demand Response System. All rides must be scheduled with the EBTA office 24 hours in advance. Please call the office between the hours of 8AM thru 4PM, Monday thru Friday to make appointments. Appointments called in on the answering machine will not be accepted. Please prepare for pickup at least 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up time.

Fares are payable by cash, check or EBTA vouchers.
