Criminal Investigation Division
The Criminal Investigation Division is composed of a supervisor and 4 detectives. The general responsibilities of the Investigations Division include the follow-up investigation of all felony and serious misdemeanor crimes committed within the city limits. Criminal Investigations Division personnel handle all felony investigations, juvenile investigations and school resource, and sex offender registration and compliance.


Mission Statement
The Criminal Investigation Division will investigate all felonies and serious misdemeanors in a fair and impartial manner. CID will work closely with all victims, the community, and judicial system to ensure justice is swift and reasonable.


School Resource Officer
This School resource officer is a police officer who has demonstrated an ability to successfully interact with young people and can handle the dual role of providing a place on school grounds.  This program has received widespread accolades from school staff, parents, school children and the Board of Education.


Juvenile Officer
Our Juvenile Officer works tirelessly to assist our parents, schools, and juvenile court system in ensuring the youth of today grow up to be productive citizens of tomorrow.
 

Registered Sex Offenders

The Eufaula Police Department maintains sex offender registration, notification, and compliance for all registered sex offenders within the city limits. To see a listing of all registered sex offenders in the state of Alabama visit http://www.dps.alabama.gov/Community.
