The City-Clerk/Treasurer works directly with the Mayor and City Council and is the custodian of public funds, which includes all minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and codes. This City Clerk's office is also responsible for City Council meeting agendas and minutes of the regular meetings, as well as work sessions. Election Manager
The City Clerk is the Election Manager and is responsible for planning, conducting, and supervising all City elections.
Treasurer
The City Clerk is also the Treasurer and is responsible for receipting revenue and disbursement of expenditures of City funds, for control of the investment of City funds, preparing and monitoring budgets, and assisting with the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
