Municipal Court

The duties and responsibilities of magistrates include but are not limited to:

• Completing paperwork for community service, appeals, forfeitures, and appearances
• Issuing warrants for citizens with probable cause and preparing documents for court
• Taking guilty pleas on traffic and non-traffic cases that appear on the payment schedule
• Taking payments on fines and court costs
