Persons wishing to operate a business from their home located in a residentially zoned district must make application to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for approval of a home occupation. The Board of Zoning Adjustment meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 4 pm in the municipal courtroom. Applications must be submitted in advance and receive staff review prior to presentation to the Commission. The Commission meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm in the municipal courtroom. Applications must be submitted in advance and receive staff review prior to presentation to the Commission. The Enhanced 911 program is in operation in the City of Eufaula. If you have an emergency, dial 911 and you will be connected with the central emergency dispatch center. Police, fire, and/or rescue services will be dispatched to your location to assist you.

Incident/accident reports are available Monday through Friday, 8 am until 5 pm from the records division at the Eufaula Police Department, 545 East Barbour Street. There is a $5 charge per report.
