1. If I have an emergency, who do I call?

The Enhanced 911 program is in operation in the City of Eufaula. If you have an emergency, dial 911 and you will be connected with the central emergency dispatch center. Police, fire, and/or rescue services will be dispatched to your location to assist you.

2. What if I need police assistance, but it is not an emergency?

The Eufaula Police Department can be reached at 334-687-1200 for non-emergency situations.

3. Where do I obtain a copy of a police report or automobile accident report?

Incident/accident reports are available Monday through Friday, 8 am until 5 pm from the records division at the Eufaula Police Department, 545 East Barbour Street. There is a $5 charge per report. Incident/accident reports are also available online at the Government Portal for a credit or debit card payment of $8.
